When using TechDoc, your browser may display a message that you are attempting to use a web server certificate that has not come from a trusted source. In order to avoid these messages, you can tell your browser to import the TechDoc Root Certificate. Once the certificate has been imported, your browser will no longer complain when you visit any of the TechDoc Document Managers or Search Managers.

We've written instructions for importing the TechDoc Root Certificate into several of the most common browsers. The entire process only takes a minute or two.

For each web browser that you plan to access TechDoc with, open that web browser and click the appropriate link below and then follow the directions for that web browser:

• Microsoft Internet Explorer
• Netscape Communicator or Netscape Navigator
• Opera
