If your system fails any one of the checks below you may experience problems when navigating within SATERN or with SATERN online training. If you need additional assistance to change your configuration to align with SATERN requirements, please contact your desktop support or e-mail this information with an explanation of the specific issue you are experiencing to the NSSC Customer Contact Center.

 Unable to determine operating system version. Fail Make sure you are using a supported operating system.
SATERN Supported Internet Browsers:
  • Internet Explorer 7/8/9
  • Firefox 3.6
  • Safari 5
 Unable to determine Internet browser. Fail Make sure you are using a supported Internet browser (listed to the left).
JavaScript must be enabled Unable to determine if JavaScript is enabled. Fail Make sure you have JavaScript enabled.
Java must be enabled Unable to determine if Java is enabled. Fail Make sure you have Java enabled.
Popups must be allowed
Cookies must be enabled
Screen Resolution at least 1024x768 Unable to determine screen resolution. Fail Make sure your screen resolution is at least 1024x768.
Color Depth at least 16 bit Unable to determine color depth. Fail Make sure your color depth is at least 16 bit.
Java VM must be at least 1.6 Unable to determine Java VM version. Fail Make sure you have a Java VM installed.
Adobe Flash must be least 10.0 Unable to determine Adobe Flash version. Fail Make sure you have a Adobe Flash installed.
